Welcome to the Perry High School Marching Band Electronic Band Camp Fees Form.
This form will guide the parent of a marcher through the process of selecting and pricing all of the band camp and uniform fees and options.
 
Payment Methods:
Financial Assistance: You need to fill out 2 forms.
1) First this form (Band Camp Fees Form - this page) below.
Fill out this form and be sure to select Financial Assitance as the payment method.
 
2) Second form: Financial Assistance Online form. (create another small account and save your submittals) IMPORTANT: Polos are all new this year, so you will need to request one here.
For other items, only indicate on this form if you need a new item e.g. if you received shoes for financial assistance last year and still have them, do not indicate that you need any this year.

We are encouraging all parents/guardians to pay by PayPal to greatly simplify the process and allow us to be more efficient in preparing your Perry Band Camp experience!

Band Camp Fees

Attending Band camp is a requirement for marching band. If you have circumstances that prevent you from attending band camp, please contact Mr. Hruska to inform him of your circumstances.
 
Attending band camp in person? *
Even if you are not attending in full, this fee pays for other items
such as away game snacks, drinks and camp t-shirt used
throughout the marching season.
Please confirm: I have informed Mr. Hruska or Mr. Miller or Ms. Shaw that I am PARTIALLY attending band camp or not at all. *

Gloves: Required for all NON-percussionists
