Welcome to the Perry High School Marching Band Electronic Band Camp Fees Form.
This form will guide the parent of a marcher through the process of selecting and pricing all of the band camp and uniform fees and options.
Payment Methods:
Financial Assistance: You need to fill out 2 forms.
1) First this form (Band Camp Fees Form - this page) below.
Fill out this form and be sure to select Financial Assitance as the payment method.
For other items, only indicate on this form if you need a new item e.g. if you received shoes for financial assistance last year and still have them, do not indicate that you need any this year.
PayPal
We are encouraging all parents/guardians to pay by PayPal to greatly simplify the process and allow us to be more efficient in preparing your Perry Band Camp experience!
