Topeka’s Top 20 Under 40 is a leadership recognition event to benefit the Jayhawk Area
Council, Boy Scouts of America. Honorees must live, work or be involved in the
Topeka/Shawnee County community.
This application is for individuals who have been nominated for the honor of Topeka's Top 20
Under 40. Before proceeding any further, please review the email concerning the application
process. You cannot save this application and finish it at another time. We recommend that you
compile a word document with your answers that can be copied and pasted into this form.
Please take your time completing this application and include as much relevant information as
possible. This application is your opportunity to highlight your varied contributions in and
around our community. Selection Committee Members will be making decisions based on this
application.
