**Guarantee- Vantel Pearls jewelry is GUARANTEED against damage due to defects in materials or crafting (excluding normal wear and tear). Within 90 days of purchase date- Vantel Pearls will re-set or replace a lost pearl, re-set or replace lost gemstones or an item may be returned for replacement (same item) due to manufacturer's defect (excluding normal wear and tear). Exchanges- Items in new condition may be returned for exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. A $10 fee may apply (e.g. change ring size) After 90 days of purchase date- Fees are based on the type of service requested. **

**Taking Care of your Jewelry- put on after makeup, perfume or hairspray are applied. The chemicals can harm your jewelry. Never submerge in water or cleaning chemicals. Clean with an untreated soft cloth after wearing. Be sure not to apply chemicals to your pearls.**

**Items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, but have currently been delivery between 4-5**
