For property buyers: We understand that you won't know all the answers to these questions. However, please do your best. It's important to establish a baseline for what you do know before you purchase the property even if you don't know anything.

For property sellers & refinancers: Your survey is a little longer than the buyer's survey but please do your best. It's important to be forthcoming with everything you know about the property as you sell it.
