PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY
ALL VOLUNTEERS *
- Shift activities include: Registration, VIP Section, Merchandise Sales, Concession Sales, Field Officers, Hydration Station Managers
- All final assignments and shifts will be sent via email and WhatsApp, so please ensure you correctly enter your email and phone number.
- We will try to accommodate everyone's selected shift and time slot; however, remember that what you pick may not be your definite shift/assignment.
- Adult Volunteer Eligibility: College Freshmen and up
- Student Volunteer Eligibility: 13- 18 (High School Seniors)

* ATTENTION STUDENT VOLUNTEERS *
- Student volunteers must be 13 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
- If you are accompanying a child under the age of 13, you must make a form for each of you. However, contact information (email and phone number) MUST be that of the parent or guardian ONLY.
- Please note that NOT ALL schools will accept volunteer hours; check with your respective school.
- Make sure you are signing up as a student volunteer, not an adult one.
