1. Any material misrepresentation of facts in my application may be justified for refusal of employment, or if already employed, termination of employment.

It is my understanding that the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission will make a thorough investigation of my work history and may verify all data given in my application for employment, related papers or oral interviews. I authorize such an investigation. I undersatnd that falsificaton of data so given or other derogatory information discovered as a result of such investigation may prevent me from being hired or, if already hired, may subject me to immediate dismissal.

3. I agree that my employment may be terminated by the martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission at any time without liability for wages or salary except as may have been earned at the date of such termination.

4. Although the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission makes every effort to accommodate individual preferences, agency needs may at times make the following conditions mandatory: overtime, shift work, a rotating work schedule, or a work schedule other than Monday through Friday. I understand and accept these as conditions of my continuing employment.
