IT Onboarding Process:

  1. Manager to fill out this form a min. of 4 weeks in advance that a new employee is joining so that laptop/monitor/etc. can be made available if in stock & to kick off Finance/HR processes

- If there are no laptops in stock, all will be done to provide a temp laptop for the user if possible

  1. IT will setup the laptop and it will be ready to be handed over to the employee’s manager 1 working day before the start date of the new employee
  2. IT will be available on the start date of the new employee incase they need support
