Sigma Xi’s authorized travel agency is Association Travel Concepts (ATC).  Designated (voting) delegate travel arrangements may be booked online through Sigma Xi's authorized travel agency. Your most economical airfare will be direct billed to Sigma Xi. Sigma Xi must provide your email address and name, as it appears on your driver's license or passport, to the agency before travel can be booked online. Travel instructions will be e-mailed to delegates within 3 business days of the online registration submission.  Complete information regarding delegate travel is available online.

Sunday Events

Sigma Xi will host the STEM Art and Film Festival on Sunday, November 17.  Join us to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through different forms of visual arts.  (There is no extra charge for this event.)

Bus Tickets

Sigma Xi will have a bus available to take attendees to Dane County Regional Airport on Sunday November 17.  The bus will depart at 9:00 am.
The cost for a bus ticket is $15.00.

Cancellations must be received in writing by October 25, 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee and will be issued no sooner than 4 weeks after the meeting. Written cancellations may be sent via e-mail to finance@sigmaxi.org.
