Act 48 Clock Hours (up to 11)
Act 48 Evaluations are entirely online. Attendees will use a separate link for each half-day credit period to submit their session evaluations. At the end of each session, the facilitator of the event will provide attendees with a 4-digit code for the session. The codes are unique for each session. Credit will be awarded on a half-day basis (no partial credit will be awarded). Individuals attending this conference must arrive on time for the start of each day’s sessions, participate in sessions throughout the credit period for the day, and stay the duration of the day in order to receive Act 48 Professional Education hours. To receive credit, individuals must complete all surveys and submit them by the deadline.
Attendees must submit the Act 48 evaluation for EACH credit period for which they are requesting credit and submit codes for EACH session within the credit period.
Attendees must enter their PPID number, as well as the exact spelling of their First and Last Name and Middle Initial, exactly how it appears in the PaTTAN registration system. If this is different from the information in the Professional Education Record Management System, that must be indicated.
Attendees can find their PERMS information and PPID here: https://tinyurl.com/PAppid
