ACHIEVEMENT AWARD APPLICATION

Texas Education Foundation Network (TEFN) annually presents Achievement Awards to recognize excellence and exceptional performance of school foundations that are impactful, innovative, outcome driven and makes a difference for their respective schools/districts.

Selected achievements are intended to inspire new ideas that other education foundations can implement regardless of size and experience. Selected recipients will be awarded a grant of up to $2,000 during the TEFN Annual Conference.

This is a comprehensive application which requests detailed descriptions, outcomes and evaluations of the nominated achievement. Application must be submitted upon completion; you CANNOT SAVE the application and come back later. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS FEBRUARY 21, 2020.
