Thank you for submitting a proposal to present at the 2023 Texas Education Foundation Network (TEFN) Annual Conference hosted by Texas Pioneer Foundation. The conference is scheduled for April 12-14, 2023, at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in San Marcos, Texas.
The TEFN Conference Planning Committee is seeking foundation executive directors, board members and staff to help lead panel discussions on the following topics:
- Work Smarter, Not Harder: best practices, software and tools that make life easier
- Systemic & Sustainable Foundation Programs
- Grants Management Process: application platform, approval process, distribution
- Succession Planning for Foundation Staff & Boards
- Post-Pandemic Donor Engagement: event fatigue, fundraising styles, monthly giving campaigns, out-of area donors, memberships
- Funding Models / Diversifying Fundraising Portfolios: events, individual giving, employee giving, annual campaign
- Annual Report: key features, timeline and marketing tips
The deadline to submit this form is Friday, January 13, 2023. Speaker proposals will be reviewed by the TEFN Conference Committee and candidates will be notified in late January 2023 (or sooner) on the outcome of their proposal. You can submit up to three (3) session proposals on this form, however, you cannot save this form and come back later.
