Qualifications

An eligible applicant must:

Be a U.S. citizen and/or legal permanent resident of the U.S.
Be active and a financial member in good standing of a fraternity or sorority within the National Pan-Hellenic Council.
Be currently matriculating towards an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
Permanently live in, attend a university in, or be advised by a graduate chapter whose service area is in Southeastern PA (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia Counties).
Submit a complete application on or before March 28, 2025.

Dear Applicant,

Below you'll find the application for The National Pan-Hellenic Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Charles Larry Moses Undergraduate Scholarship for the 2024/25 academic year. All active and financial undergraduate members of fraternities and sororities within the National Pan-Hellenic Council may apply. There is no restriction in classification.

The National Pan-Hellenic Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania intends to award a $2,000 scholarship to three (3) undergraduate members of sororities and fraternities within the National Pan-Hellenic Council. Applicants will be judged on three elements: Scholarship, Character, and Service. These qualities should be reflected within the following requested documents: completed application, official transcript(s), 500-word essay, and 3 recommendation letters.

All entries must be electronically submitted no later than March 28, 2025

All scholarship winners will be honored at the NPHC of Southeastern Pennsylvania Greek Gala in May 10, 2025. Each awardee is required to attend. Any questions or concerns may be sent to nphcsepascholar@gmail.com.
