2025 Food Vendor Application

This form is for food vendors only.  If you are a  community business or n0nprofit exhibitor, you need to fill out the Community Business Exhibitor form.

Food Booth Type - Booths are based on a single booth 15 ft x 15 ft.

ELECTRICAL NEEDS

Generator power (general 120 volt service) is available for food vendors - for additional fee.   LIMITED AVAILABILITY!  No 220 volt service (like a clothes dryer type plug) is available.  Booth locations may be determined according to your power needs, so you MUST correctly specify your electrical requirements - if you will be using the generator power.

FOOD VENDOR AGREEMENT

The Food Vendor hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Each exhibitor must return this completed application and signed agreement with required fee. Event organizers will assign each exhibitor a booth space.  No free electricity, ice, water or any other utilities or tables, chairs, canopies or other amenities will be provided.
  2. Exhibitors must conduct their business within the confines of their assigned space. No exhibitor may leave their booth space to solicit or distribute information or products in Clement Park.  This is strictly enforced!  Event organizers reserve the right to restrict exhibitors with respect to methods of operation and display materials if, for any reason an exhibitor’s booth or its contents is deemed inappropriate. If this occurs, exhibitor will be removed from the park.
  3. Event organizers reserve the right to limit the number of exhibitors providing similar type products or services. Event organizers will be spot-checking exhibitors to ensure that they are conducting business as it is presented on this application.  You may be asked to leave immediately if your items for sale are not representative of what you stated in this application. Event organizers also reserve the right to remove food vendors from the event for disrupting the authority of event organizers.
  4. All Food Vendors agree to provide a free meal to each of our 50-75 first responders who are working the event.  Those first responders will present a coupon for meal redemption.
  5. Foothills Park & Recreation District is not responsible for damage or loss of exhibitor property. Exhibitors must have proper business insurance.
  6. Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. If a food vendor notifies FHPRD by June 1, 2025 of their cancellation, a refund (less the $50 processing fee) will be made.  If notice is given after June 1, 2025, no refund will be given.  If event organizers cancel the event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to exhibitor.
  7. If the terms of this agreement are violated, the Exhibitor agrees that event organizers may immediately revoke all of the rights of the Exhibitor, their agents and their employees to booth space without refund or financial remuneration.
  8. Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Foothills Park & Recreation District and Current Events LLC,  and any of their directors, officers, members, agents volunteers, exhibitors or the owners of any festival related property from and against any and all liabilities, costs, damages, expenses and attorney’s fee resulting from or attributable to any and all acts and/or omissions of Exhibitor, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, exhibitors or the owners of any festival related property associated with Exhibitor’s booth and the booth’s operations and agree to be part of no legal action of any kind against any of them.
  9. Exhibitor represents that all information provided in this application is true and correct, that they have read and understand all policies and procedures outlined in this application. It is agreed that no other agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Foothills Park & Recreation District.
