(the equivalent in Euro or TRY)

Above Fees DO NOT include airfare to Turkey, visa, roundtrip transportation from the airport to Yenikapi Ferry station in Istanbul and transportation from the Cultural Center (dergah) to the Yalova Ferry.

Transportation will be provided from the Yalova Ferry to the Cultural Center (dergah) if arrival time is before the designated departure time on May 1.

Space is limited. Registration is confirmed when both the payment and this form is received. You may submit a deposit to hold your space until February 1, 2020, after which full payment is due.

Cancellation policy:

  1. There will be no refunds after February 1, 2020. A 100 USD or 100 Euro service charge is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. If you pay a deposit of 250 USD, you need to pay the balance by February 1, 2020. If you pay $250 and cancel before February 1, 2020, you will receive a refund minus 100 USD administration fee. Rates will rise after February 1, 2020.
  2. After February 1, 2020, in the case of cancellation owing to an official travel ban to Turkey as a result of the COVID 19 outbreak; ill health or accident that would prevent you from traveling (with doctor certificate); or death of a close family member or friend a FULL REFUND minus a non-refundable 100 USD or 100 Euro service charge will be issued.
