Event Registration

We are excited to have you join us for the 2nd Annual Coastal Plein Air Art Event!

Schedule:

Event Kick-off: July 19th, 2023 at 10 am

Painting: July 21st at 9:00 am until August 3rd, 2023 at 5:00 pm

Description:

This is the registration for the 2nd Coastal Plein Air Art and Wine Festival.

All pieces must begin as blank (pre-toned okay) canvases, painted within the destination of their choosing within the coastal boundaries of Newport, OR at the North and Coos Bay, OR at the South. They must be painted between July 21 and August 3, 2023 and started and completed in one day. Minor adjustments only are acceptable to be done at home.

The cost to register is $45, which includes entry of 3 pieces into the juried Art & Wine Festival.

No refunds will be offered.

Registered artists will have access to a private Facebook page where the participants can converse, exchange photos of thier work and share locations they have discovered.

Policies:

* Registration fee is paid at time of registration and is non-refundable.

* FRAA occasionally takes photos of events, classes, and artwork for promotional purposes in newspapers, flyers, and social media. Please inform us if this is not acceptable to you.
* Registration can be made online through Paypal (you can pay with Credit Card or Paypal) or in person at FRAA.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

I agree that I will not hold Florence Regional Arts Alliance (FRAA), and its officers, directors, volunteers and successors liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. I agree to release and hold harmless FRAA from all liability incurred as a result of my participation in this event and that these terms serve as a release for me.
