Insurance Coverage and Liability
The Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center and the Great Smoky Mountains Fiber Fair will not be responsible or liable in case of fire, theft, or damage to any exhibitor's equipment or merchandise on the premises.  Exhibitors must provide their own insurance coverage to protect themselves, their equipment, merchandise, and to cover damage that might be inflicted to the building and/or property of the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center.
 
You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.
GSMFF Vendor Contract
We are glad you are wanting to join us for the continuation of Fiber Fairs at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center.  Enclosed in this section is important information that you will need for our event.  
All vendor space is 10ft x 10ft
 
Check in- All vendors upon arrival at the GSM Heritage Center, before unloading will need to check at the the front desk.  
 
Set Up Times- Booths may be set up on Thursday, April 24 from 2pm to 7pm and on Friday, April 25, between 7am-8:30am.  No vehicles will be allowed into the grounds during operating hours on Friday (9-4pm) and Saturday (9am-4pm).  To ease the stress, vehicles will be limited on the amount of time for loading and unloading. 
You may not nail, tape, stick or staple anything on the walls, ceilings, or exterior of any of the buildings.
 
All Booths must remain open until the close of the show. 
 
Parking- All vehicles including trailers must be parked in the field next to the Transportation Building.
 
NO PETS (except service animals) will be allowed inside the building or on the grounds of the GSM Heritage Center. Please leave your pets at home.
 
Vendors may not sell, assign, or sublet any of their booth space without prior consent from the GSMFF organizers.
 
Reasonable care is exercised by the show to help protect exhibitors from loss of merchandise, but GSMFF accepts no responsibility for the lost of merchandise.
 
Wifi is available, but please have a backup plan.  Please use this transactions, but not for streaming, as it slows down the network for everyone.
 
You are responsible for your own props, including tables, tent/canopy, extention cords, weights, hanging materials, and/or folding chairs that you may need for your booth. (If you are in need of renting tables and chairs through our supplier, you must contact Logan Hull at 865-448-0044)
Where would you like your booth? (Space assigned on a first come, first served basis) Location requests will be considered but are not guarantied. Please note: There may be potential construction at the Heritage Center, so locations are subject to change. *
*Use of a tent or canopy is suggested.
 
Once your application has been processed and selected, you will be notified and an invoice will be sent to the email on file.
