Rules and Regulations

-Load In/Set up- Will begin promptly at 7:00 am on Saturday, October 25th.

   Vendors' exhibits must be ready for viewing at 10 A.M.

   Tear down will begin at 4 P.M. Saturday and no vehicles will be allowed on property

   until this time.

-You are responsible for your own props, including tents, tables, chairs, display shelving

   hanging pieces, etc. that you may need for your booth. 

-All work must be Handmade by the Artist.  No manufactured goods, No "seconds" and No "Sale" signs

   allowed.

-Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

-The Festival will go on rain or shine. But if for any reason whatsoever, it becomes impossible to have the Festival, Understand that this agreement is terminated and waives any and all claims for damages

-Please help maintain the festival area and clean up behind yourself at the close of the festival.

-The Sponsor provides no insurance. Insurance, if any, must be placed and paid for by the exhibitor.  I hereby relieve the sponsors, staff, and the Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center of all responsibility for the safe keeping of property while said properties are at the festival.

-The Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center, staff and volunteers will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or his employee(s), or his goods, for any reason whatsoever while the Festival premises are being occupied under this agreement.

-All artists are responsible for collecting and paying Tennessee sales tax.

General Information
 

All spaces will be outside on asphalt. You must supply your own tent/canopy and weights

Rental space size is 10’ x 10’.  

You are responsible for your own props, including tables, tent/canopy, weights, hanging materials, and/or folding chairs that you may need for your booth.

There will be NO load-in on the Friday before.

Set up Saturday morning will begin at 8 a.m.

All vehicles must be removed from the area by 9:30 am

Breakdown will begin at 4 p.m. and no vehicles will be allowed on the grounds until that time and Heritage Center Staff have opened the vehicle gate.

Your booth must stay in place for the duration of the festival.  No early tear-down is allowed.
