Fiber Festival Workshop Proposal Form

The Great Smoky Mountains Fiber Fair will be hosting a variety of classes and workshops. If you are interested in instructing such a class, please fill out the form below. All applications must be in by March 1, 2024.

Our workshops will be on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20. Workshop times are suggested to run 1/2-day or less, typically 90 minutes.

Class scheduling and cancellations will be determined by Fair Management. Signups will be accepted on the day of the event. All instructors should be prepared to handle the maximum number of signups .

Factors considered when choosing workshops and teachers may include:

-Popular new or advanced techniques for fiber artists

-Representation of basic or beginner techniques

-Proposed equipment and space needs

-Teacher experience/ qualifications

-Demand for specific class or teacher
