Connect testing device via Ethernet cable to router and take photo of router showing Ethernet router connections. If the company provided the router it could be a couple of different types. One looks like a cube and has two open Ethernet ports on the back. Another type is a one port router and is directly attached to the power brick that connects to the radio outside.

Testing Data Upload
Go the website- www.speedtest.net - and perform a speed test. When done take a photo of the computer screen or using a snipping program save the website image then upload the image.
Perform a second speedtest at - www.speedtest.net - by using a different testing server. When done take a photo of the computer screen or using a snipping program and save the website image then upload the image.

Go to the website - www.openspeedtest.com - and perform a speedtest. When done take a photo of the computer screen or using a snipping program save the website image then upload the image.

Based on the testing results when using a router supplied by the customer more testing may be necessary by bypassing the router and directly plugging into the demarcation point which is the power brick to the outside radio. Additional information will be supplied to the customer to perform this testing.
Also, If performing a speedtest while watching Netflix or streaming other services or downloading files will reduce speed results.
