I hereby authorize Alakazam Travel & Cruise, Inc. to automatically debit my credit card monthly or one-time annually in the amount authorized above.
If I have elected to pay my fees via one annual payment, I understand that my credit card will be debited immediately upon receipt of this authorization.
If I have elected to pay my fees on a monthly basis, I understand that the Start-up/set-up fee of $99.00 will be debited against my credit card immediately upon receipt of this authorization. I further understand that all subsequent monthly payments will be debited against my credit card on the 1st of each month. If the 1st of the month should fall on a legal holiday or weekend day, I understand that my payment will be debited on the first business day following such holiday or weekend day.
I also agree and understand that with 14-days written notice, I can complete a new authorization to use a different credit card utilizing this electronic authorization.
I agree that if my credit card is declined, I will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee and that my access to the Alakazam Travel & Cruise, Inc. booking sites will be suspended until said payment is approved.
I understand that I am committing to twelve consecutive months of service. This agreement will automatically renew unless I notify Alakazam Travel & Cruise, Inc. in writing thirty (30) days prior to my anniversary date. I understand that Alakazam Travel & Cruise, Inc. will exercise its statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs if Alakazam Travel & Cruise, Inc. is not paid according to the agreed payment terms. This debt will be considered delinquent and overdue if payment is not received within thirty (30) days after the date due. In the event of nonpayment of any amounts, including interest, the entire balance shall become due and payable immediately.
All fees are non-refundable.
