If you selected Certification Exam you will receive a link to the exam by email within 2 business days. The exam is multiple choice and must be completed online. Current membership and a minimum score of 80% is required to obtain certification. After submitting your completed exam and receiving a passing grade your certificate will be sent in pdf format to the email address you have provided.

If you selected Letter of Clearance we will search our records, and provided you are a member in good standing and there are no substantiated complaints a letter of clearance will be sent in pdf format to the email address you have provided.
