The Professional Standards Unit of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents will only investigate complaints involving Registered Fugitive Recovery Agents, complaints against unregistered individuals will be referred back to complainant. If a complaint is upheld the association will in it's sole discretion impose sanctions ranging from written warning, suspension or revocation of membership. In certain instances details of complaints may be shared with regulatory and / or law enforcement agencies. The outcome of an investigation will in most cases be provided to the complaintant.
