What We Do

• Manually vacuum using our equipment, Backwash the filter (If sand or D.E.), empty the skimmer and pump baskets,
skim the pool, cleaning of the scum line, and brushing of walls, if needed.
• We use advanced water testing spin labs and test for Chlorine, Salt, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium, CYA, Phosphates, Copper, Iron, Nitrates, & TDS.
• Add chemicals, as needed. Must use Mystic Pool Supplies & Service chemicals. Chemicals are NOT included in our standard weekly maintenance packages. Chemicals are only included with the Rockstar Package.

• Real-time managerial oversight from the Service Manager and Quality Control checks performed regularly to ensure the company's standards are met.
• Service includes up to 1 ½ hours. Additional time will be charged at $75 per man, per ½ hour.

If you are using Mystic Pool Supplies & Service, LLC for Weekly Maintenance, and we are opening your pool, you must select the Pool Opening Chemical Package.

Chemical Visits: *

I understand, that if my pool opens green, I will need separate chemical visits at $125, per visit, plus the cost of chemicals.

Pump Operation: *

I understand that my pool pump MUST run continuously until the pool is clean & clear. After the pool is swim-ready, Mystic Pool Service & Supplies will set the timer to run 12 hours a day.

Backwashing Filter: *

I understand that my pool filter will need to be backwashed, as needed, to ensure the water circulates properly to get the pool clear. If I don't know how to do it, or I can not do it, I will notify Mystic Pool Supplies & Service immediately to schedule a service call. We will do our best to get you scheduled promptly.

Initial Cleaning *

I understand depending upon the condition of your pool upon the pool opening, before providing weekly maintenance, your pool may require up to two initial cleanings: These cleanings will be billed at $350 + tax, plus the cost of chemicals, per visit.

3-5 Visits: Put the number of visits you want in the box below. Chemicals are NOT included.

Service Cancellation: *

I understand if I cancel the 12+ Weekly Maintenance Plan before my 12+ visits have been completed, I will be charged retroactively the following: 1-2 visits: $350 + tax... 3-5 visits: $200 +tax... 6-11 visits: $175 + tax.

What you do before we arrive

What You Must Do Before We Arrive: Make sure all pets are inside the house on the scheduled service day; make sure the gates are unlocked; keep the water level at the middle of the skimmer at all times to ensure proper equipment operation; add water, if necessary; notify the Service Department, via text to 732-656-0200, with any noticeable issues or concerns.
