• Notification 48-72 hours before your scheduled service appointment.
• Quality control inspection by a certified & licensed senior technician.
• Opening Your Pool: We remove and fold your cover (The cover will be left poolside unless you request otherwise before the pool opening); install return fittings, ladders, handrails, skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and sanitation equipment; install the filter, heater, and pump plugs; All pool equipment will be inspected to ensure proper operation at the time of the pool opening; The customer will be advised, in writing, of any visible concerns.
• Up to 2 Consecutive Initial Cleanings: Each visit is an hour and a half for each visit. Additional time is billed at $75 per 1/2 hr, per man. The cleanings will start within 48-72 hours after the pool is opened as long as the pool floor is visible (We will blind vacuum if need be depending on the amount of debris in the pool). Additional cleanings are billed at $250 per cleaning (up to an hour and fifteen minutes). If the pool opens green, additional chemical visits (plus the cost of chemicals) may be needed prior to the initial vacuuming of the pool (Sunday visits are excluded). This includes brushing, vacuuming, and skimming the pool.
• 16 Weekly Cleanings: This will start after the pool has had a minimum of two initial cleanings and is swim-ready. We will backwash (noting filter pressure before and after), empty the skimmer and pump baskets, skim the pool, clean the scum line, and clean the automatic cleaner bag/filter, and brush walls (if needed). 
• Balancing Chemicals (Chlorine Tabs, Salt, Shock, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium, and Stabilizer/CYA): We use industry-leading chemical brands to ensure water chemistry is safe and sanitary for your summer enjoyment.  The most advanced water testing equipment is used to ensure the most accurate chemical measurements are taken (We test: Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer (CYA), Calcium Hardness, Salt, Phosphates, Nitrates, and Total Dissolved Solids, TDS) and adjust accordingly. 
• We use our own pool cleaning and maintenance equipment.
• Up to 2 Filter Cleanings Included: (DE or cartridge only), on an as-needed basis, depending on the environment, pressure readings, and the age of the filter.
• Priority service on all requested repairs.
• Discounted labor rates and discounted parts: Regular labor rate is $275.00. Under this package the labor rate is $150.00 for the first hour.
• 10% OFF in-store, in-stock items (Not to be combined with other offers).
• Additional weeks of service are available for $140.00 without a spa and $150.00 with a spa, per visit, with chemicals included.
• Closing Your Pool: We winterize the pool equipment pad by removing plugs, draining and blowing out pumps, filters, heaters, and sanitation systems, and removing ladders, handrails, return fittings, and skimmer baskets. We blow out and plug (where applicable) all suction and return lines, add pool closing chemicals, and install your cover. We will set up your cover and/or step pump(s) if provided.
• Specialty chemicals outside of Chlorine, Salt, Shock, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium, and CYA are not included in this package. Salt is included up to 300 lbs and balancing chemicals up to $1,200 are included in this package. 

PRICES ARE BASED ON A STANDARD POOL THAT’S APPROXIMATELY 800 SQ FT. POOLS OVER 800 SQ FT WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $200.
