Dr Jack Fisher -

Dr Jack Fisher completed his orthodontic training at the Medical College of Georgia in 1982. Since then he has been in the full time practice of orthodontics in Kentucky and Tennessee. He has lectured both in the United States and internationally. He has lectured to many component an state associations. He is a member of the Southern Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists. He is presently a faculty member in the orthodontic departments at The University of Tennessee. He has taught a two day cadaver course for the insertion and use of temporary skeletal anchorage devices for ten years. He has written several articles on the use of these devices. He recently has developed and taught a course on the use of CBCTs for the Diagnosis and treatment of orthodontic patients. He is a boarded orthodontist.

Matt Hendrickson -

Matt Hendrickson is a business graduate from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and an expert in the field of digital imaging in dentistry and orthodontics. Currently the U.S. orthodontic director for Carestream Dental, Mr. Hendrickson has over 20 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic industry ranging from clinical, office management and dental business consulting. Mr Hendrickson has been published in Orthotown, Orthodontic Products, Orthodontic Practice and other publications covering several orthodontic technology topics and was founder and President of Integrated Dental Solutions. He was a founding member of the national Dental Technology Consulting group AIM (Advanced Integration Mentoring) and served on various dental software development committees. Prior to his national corporate experience, Mr. Hendrickson worked first-hand in dental practices in a variety of roles ranging from clinical and chairside to office management and consulting. In addition to lecturing nationally on dental technology to a variety of dental groups such as DPR World, Digital X-Ray World Congress, Mr. Hendrickson has also addressed various chapters of the AGD and AACD, dental universities, as well as many state and local groups.

Dr Eric Ploumis -

Dr Ploumis is an attorney, an orthodontist, and an associate clinical professor of orthodontics at New York University. He maintains a practice in orthodontics and in law in New York City.
