For example, if you are submitting 3 ballot styles, please submit 3 files -

1 style in each file. This will expedite the proofing process.

Please only submit one of each unique ballot style (refer to Ballot Styles Detail report)

For example, if you have three separate styles for three precincts, but the content

on the ballot is the same, please only submit one style and it will be proofed for all three precincts. This will expedite the proofing process.

If you cannot submit ballot styles in separate files then enter the number of files

you are submitting in the dropdown above, and note the total number of

ballot styles submitted in the "Notes for ELECT" text box at the end of this form.
