Voter credit is added to the system at different times by local election officials. For votes cast on Election Day, counties and cities using electronic poll books have seven (7) days after the election to enter voting credit. Counties and cities who use paper poll books cannot begin to enter voter credit until after 30 days have passed and they can retrieve the paper poll books from the Circuit Court Clerk.
Neither state nor local election officials are able to retrieve your specific ballot. If that could be accomplished, it would mean your ballot is no longer secret as required by the Constitution of Virginia.
This form is not for filing Stand By Your Ad campaign finance complaints. Please go here: https://www.elections.virginia.gov/candidatepac-info/regulation-and-policies/ to file those types of complaints.
