Suite Reservation Form

SUITE RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE THROUGH HOTEL WEBSITES.
  • All requests for suites must be made in writing via this form after registering for Marketplace. Suite reservation requests prior to the night of September 23 or after the September 25 will be handled on space available basis. All persons listed on this form must be registered for the Marketplace.
  • Due to limited availability, suites are restricted to one suite per registered firm.
  • Suite confirmations will be emailed directly from the hotel. Please allow 10 days. All changes in arrival or departure dates and cancellations should be emailed directly to vicky@wsia.org.
Please rank suite options 1-3 (1 being your 1st choice and 3 being your last choice). Incomplete choices will only delay processing. Please remember check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

FOOD & BEVERAGE NEEDS IN THE SUITE

Once you receive confirmation of your suite type, please coordinate your food & beverage needs with the hotel contacts noted below. Please finalize your food and beverage needs for your suite at least two weeks prior to arrival.
