Please note that these events cannot conflict with any functions listed on the WSIA Insurtech Conference agenda. Event function requestors must have at least one registered attendee to reserve event space. Please use this form to submit your event information request for consideration.

Firms approved by WSIA will work directly with the designated property. Firms are solely responsible for any meeting room rental fees, food and beverage fees and all additional charges related to the event. The submission of this form does not guarantee space availability or approval.
