Host a Summer Event

WPI seeks to support a dynamic campus environment during the summer months, which includes summer classes, research programs in our labs, summer sports and academic campus and programs, and professional development opportunities for members of the internal and external community. By completing this form, the Summer Planning Committee will be able to prioritize and determine our ability to support your event or program appropriately and adequately. So that we can consider your classroom, lab, and all other spaces, please submit this form by February 15 for priority consideration for the upcoming summer.
